Dear all, just want to share a thought of devotion.There is awesome power in the Gospel of the Cross. The apostle Paul was very conscious of this mighty power. Romans 1:16, “For I am not ashamed of the gospel of Christ: for it is the power of God unto salvation to every one that believeth.” The power of the cross is seen, first of all, in that the cross was a complete satisfaction for our sins. The power of the cross is this, that the cross redeemed all and every one for whom Jesus suffered and died. Jesus said in John 10:15, “I lay down my life for the sheep.” He went on to say in that chapter that the sheep were those who were given to Him of His Father. And he prayed in John 17:12, “Those that thou gavest me I have kept, and none of them is lost.” And again, John 17:2, “As thou hast given him power over all flesh, that he should give eternal life to as many as thou hast given him.” Jesus Christ gave eternal life to as many as the Father gave to Him. So as for us, we called to be like CHRIST, we are not only not ashamed of the Gospel, we are supposed to be strong in making disciples, like JESUS, He never give up on those God given to Him, but HE LAY DOWN HIS LIFE FOR THEM! what an awesome savior we have that we ought to follow! above all, be like Jesus, Holy Spirit our counselor will empowered us. AMEN. Pray that CZONE will embrace this principle, as for me, this is how i’d humbly say: “Not that I have already obtained all this, or have already been made perfect, but I press on to take hold of that for which Christ Jesus took hold of me.”

Prayer Request for the Mission Team to Cambodia 17th-23rd June 2008
a) Pray that God to open doors for evangelism & break every hard ground
b) Pray against every works of the enemies and strongholds
c) Pray for unity among the team members ( clarity, understanding, patience)
d) Pray for submission to the team leader & discipline among members
e) Pray for God’s wisdom, protection, safety & good health be upon the team members
f) Pray for God’s strength & Joy of the Lord be upon each and every one of team members
g) Pray that God would pour out His anointing & break the language barrier in every ministry that the team are involved.
h) Pray for boldness to share God’s word & the gospel
i) Pray that the Holy Spirit to continue remind the team that Jesus is the center of our focus in everything that we do, so that it may bring Him glory, honor and praise.
j) Pray that the team will have forgiving & loving heart towards each other
k) Pray that the team will be able to prepare well & be filled with the Spirit
l) Pray that there will be smooth going in & out from Cambodia especially the immigration.
m) Pray for God’s hand be upon the team.
n) Pray that we could work well with the team in Cambodia
o) Pray that God to give the team discernment to hear His Voice as the team pray for others
p) Pray for God’s strength & guidance for Ps. Kala
q) Pray for the work of the mighty Holy Spirit

Dear all,

The best is yet to come. This is strongly for everyone of you in CZONE. Don’t lose heart of the things that you do. In Psalm 144:1-2 said “Praise be to the LORD my Rock, who trains my hands for war, my fingers for battle. He is my loving God and my fortress, my stronghold and my deliverer, my shield, in whom i take refuge, who subdues people under me .” Amen!

If you are feeling weak now, the LORD said He’ll be your Rock
If you are lack of knowledge and training or skills, the LORD will be your trainer
If you are unloved, our Father is a loving dad, He sacrificially love you
If you are insecure, He is your fortress and stronghold
If you are struggle with addiction or bound by satan, He will deliver you
The world may rise against you, but there is nothing in this world can stop HIS unfailing love to prosper and bless you.

What more do we need if we depend on our God the Father who plan to proper and give us a future. So i would like to encourage everyone to continue doing all the good works that you’re doing now and do better. For our great God will guide us to fulfill our destiny in Christ.

As all of you know, CZoners from Nottingham Uni are going for mission trip to Cambodia (22/6-1/7). Please pray for us, i’ll be leading this team. Tomorrow there are 3 CZoners getting baptize in water at 4pm, they are Winefred, IB and Yew Yet. So i would like to encourage all the leaders to come to witness this very special occasion (come on, give them some support, k). Tomorrow, i’ll be preaching on Saturday service also, so pls uphold me in your prayer as well. Don’t forget also that our leaders retreat is in October during Hari Raya season, so do block the date. If anyone has any suggestions where to held it, do let me know.

Greetings in the name of Jesus!

I believe God has been great among us. This month is an exciting month for me, after going through singapore GLN conference, go for great CZone Camp, then lastly organizing the Basic Life Seminar with wonderful assistance from Leona and church staffs. Well, all in all, God is in control. I had learned so much in such short one month, i believe all these will shape, prune, break and build me to be a better person and leader. How about you? I’m sure God is working in your life too.

Just for your info too, our beloved Bro KC having bad back ache. He’s getting better now, but continue to pray for him and his physical health. Would appreciate all the leaders to pay him a visit or at least give him a call.

Again on 4 April (WED) is our CZone Leadership cell. A friendly reminder for all to come and be edified, encouraged, refreshed and challenged, well here i would like to challenge you to really set the time to come for leadership cell, it is as important as open carecell.
